Barrack Obama another great leader thus far has gotten me to think about his easy caring approach towards things. In some ways he reminds of Winston Churchill and how he was calm in his approach to do right. It's interesting though when you look at his image below with Stallin and other leaders he is the only perplexed and smiling, sort of like Barrack Obama in most of his images. I credit this because I want to be a leader who can do things easily. I want to be a leader which stands out. I want to be leader that is confident and so forth.
Obamas credit must be given in his leadership approach, i.e. having a great personality to even win over his opponents which he did when he was younger and even later. I admire this because it shows when the right leader is in place even opponents will back away and give you the credit that is deserved. I have experienced this with one of my group assignments for managing consulting. In this case a group member was assigned the role of leader by the teacher however he failed to play his part and as a result I assumed his position and took control of the situation. His respect was given to me as I demonstrated my capacity to lead better and so forth. I find that this reflects on one of my earlier entries whereby I noted that I can lead in a democratic way.
