Glenn Beck is todays leader of the day, I can't say that I have ever heard of him before and it's interesting to see that he is another person who is connected to politics in some way. I don't believe that all people involved in politics should necessarily be represented as being the best leaders although Times seems to think otherwise. This has gotten me to think however more or on leadership and what it really is. Is it just a power trip or is it something more? My assumption is that it is something more. I believe it should be about leading for the better rather than being narcistic.
Glenn seems to be another one of those leaders who is quite intelligent but also a person who still likes to do things the old conventional way. I don't disagree with this, I mean if something works then it should be adhered to rather than looking for a new way. I know this probably contradicts some of my earlier thoughts however I am starting to make sense of leadership in terms of time playing a big factor in it. There is no time to do things absolutely right but there is time to make positive changes to let others than take over.
