J.T Wangs approach to leadership definitely gives me something to admire. He has demonstrated that loyalty is not only great but is critical to ones success. In his case he has been part of Acer for 29 years. I find that this loyalty demonstrates that as a leader one should have belief and that one should stick with desired goals and see them through
J.T has also made me think about loyalty even further, perhaps loyalty is more than getting others to be loyal rather it's the leader being loyal to the cause. I know I have already mentioned this but I am highlighting it to address to myself that this is important. I mustn't leave and not see things through.
